When will my order be shipped?

Orders received by 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday, are generally shipped the same day, except on public holidays, during exceptional closures, when anti-fraud checks are required, when a product is unavailable or when other operational constraints apply.

Orders received after 1:00 PM, at weekends or on public holidays are generally processed on the first available working day.

Where do I find the tracking link?

When your order is handed to the courier, you receive an email with the shipment number and tracking link. You can use it to follow updates, delivery attempts and shipment status.

Delivery times are estimates and depend on the destination and courier operations.

The tracking is not updating: what should I do?

Updates depend on the courier's systems and may not appear immediately. If you need assistance, contact us and include your order number: we can check the shipment status and help you understand the next step.
